The Vintage Leila Blouse has been designed using authentic vintage textiles and vintage patterns with a Victorian vibe. Our blouses features unique fabrics and hand embroidered needlework. Our garments are handmade in Dorset, England.
The Vintage Leila Blouse
A new style for AW21, featuring a stand-up crew neckline with fitted bodice with cut-out embroidered bib. Full length sleeves with trim. Centre back opening with long centre zip closure. Fitted silhouette.
Front bib detail: vintage hand embroidered open work linen with cotton crochet trim.
Sleeves: full length, leg of mutton shape, in vintage embroidered linen. Wide cuff, with ties.
Bodice: a patchwork of vintage embroidered linens with white floral embroidery.
All fabrics are true vintage or vintage deadstock.
Size: Best fits a UK 12 today. Bust and raised waist are fitted. Peplum on bodice is looser at hip. This size would be loose on a size 10.
Length back neck to hem: 25ins..
Armpit to Armpit: 19ins. 36ins bust.
Garment care: hand wash in cool water, air dry, press when damp for a beautiful finish.
Please note there may be one or two very small marks on the vintage fabrics due to age. All textiles are repurposed vintage or deadstock unused old textile pieces. Providing an exact date and source is often difficult!
