Steeped in the recognisable features of a Leila Ray blouse, this garment features hand embroidery from the last century, reworked today to create an heirloom wearable garment.
All our garments are handmade in Dorset, England.
The Vintage Rosa Blouse , Madeira Ecru
Features a ruffle neckline, full length puff sleeves with scalloped edges, elastic cuffs, and front V opening with bow tie fastening. 'A' line silhouette gathered at the neck. Wear as a tunic style.
Size: Best fits a UK 8 today.
Length back neck to hem: 26ins
Armpit to Armpit: 18ins with gathers draped loosely.
Garment care: hand wash in cool water, wring gently, air dry, press when slightly damp for a beautiful finish. Use a crease-release pre-iron spray for easier ironing & softeness.
Please note there may be one or two small marks on the vintage fabrics due to age. All textiles are repurposed vintage or deadstock unused old textile pieces. Providing an exact date and source is often difficult!
