Delivery.
The delivery and returns service offered by Leila Ray Vintage is open to UK customers normally at this moment in time. We do not normally ship overseas on this website. We use Royal Mail for most of our UK parcels and the normal delivery service offered is 1st class mail signed for, across all packages.
Packages such small parcels are charged at £4.85.  Postage is added to the final sale value of your purchase at check-out.

We have started shipping worldwide due to demand. Many country specific rates are already active in our shipping options. If you do not find a rate for your country please DM on instagram where we will be delighted to help!

Returns.
Vintage clothing is very different to contemporary garments in terms of sizing, fabric and fit. We take great care in choosing and curating our collections and each garment is unique. We strongly recommend that you ask us any questions on sizing and fit prior to purchase.

We do offer a returns service, if the return is notified to us and shipped to us within 7 days of purchase. ( Please notify us via Instagram @leilarayvintage.) We do not refund postage for outward and return shipping of garments.This cost is met by the purchaser) 

Signed for return mail should be used and the cost met by our customer. Items must be in the exact condition they were received in. We refund once the item has been received and checked fully.
