Maxi length with tiered frill hemline. Broderie Anglais ruffles at bib edges. The back ties into an apron style with a giant bow. The wide skirt has fabulous width and a wonderful swish. This garment is supplied with a white linen underskirt ( elasticated waist) to be worn as a dress . It can be also be styled over a 70s Laura Ashley floral prairie dress, or blouse and prairie skirt.
